Green Gothic

1.- Templo Expiatorio's back facade, in Guadalajara, Jalisco. I like this shot because it depicts a new prespective of the very well known Templo Expiatorio. In the image, nature and architectural beauty friendly coexist. Gothic elements of the building can easily be identified. I see line and contrast in te photo. The image is shared in the original version.

The Great Organ

2.- Templo Expiatorio's interior. A photoshop version, the image has great movement, line, color and harmony. The big organ is emerging from the right-low corner, showing its magesty to all who visit the temple. The rosette, pointed arches and curious light makes the place definitely gothic. I like the shot very much because the place is seen from a whole new point of view.

Medieval Mass.

3.- Mass in the Cathedral. Exacly the moment the priest was making the consecration, this shot was taken. I loved this image because of the quiet, peaceful scene it depicts. It looks like a Miedieval's Sunday Mass.  The  greatly ornamented ambulatory shows everyone the big power Catholic Church still has, and invites you to submission, pray and Repentance. The photo has symetry and harmony.

4.- Teatro Degollado, in Guadalajara. Firmly standing, the teatro Degollado is shown in this pic. The image has symetry and balance. It's quite nice because of the fountain, the green trees and the architectural beauty all in one shot. One of the most beautiful neoclassical buildings inthe city, and house of culture, art and knowledge.

Flower surrounded by modernity.

Puerta de Hierro neighborhood, in Guadalajara, Mexico. I loved this image for the presence of both nature and modernity in the same pic. The flowers zoomed are part of the Andares gardens, and the buildings in the background are some of the most modern ones that the city has. I like not only the photo itself but also what the image means: there is, besides traditional buildings, money and modernity in this city too.
